Credit Card Program Manager

Salary: $50k - $60k

Job Description: 
The person in this role will be responsible for managing and growing company's co-branded credit card program. 

Specific responsibilities include:
• Understanding the economics of our current co-branded credit card program;
• Testing and optimizing how the credit card is marketed to our customers on the company website; 

• Driving the understanding of existing card customers wants and needs and incorporating learning’s into overall business strategies;
• Expanding the total number, total usage, life-time value, and profitability of card holders;
• Using experience and insights broadly leverage research results to influence strategy and gain efficiencies in applying learnings to business initiatives.

Qualifications: 
• Previous credit card program management experience;
• Strong quantitative skills;
• Strong Excel and SQL skills;
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills;
• Results-oriented focus;
• Ability to work with different areas of the company (e.g. marketing, finance, accounting, etc.) to maximize program profitability;
• Minimum experience: 2+ years; credit card/financial services experience preferred;
• Bachelors degree preferred.
