Software Architect

Salary: $90k - $115k

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Architecture team. The successful candidate will have a history of significant development experience and technical leadership.

The Architect position includes a broad range of responsibilities that cut across organizations. The successful candidate will work to evolve our software architectures, help define IT best practices, conduct feasibility evaluations, develop and analyze quality of service requirements, interact with business users, and perform tool and software evaluations.

The position involves regular development; we do not practice "Ivory Tower" architecture. The architecture team builds and maintains frameworks, helps developers solve difficult design and coding problems, performs code reviews, and maintains corporate data models.

The architecture team also provides a variety of other services to the company. We consult on development projects, provide individual technical and non-technical mentoring, conduct training, and portray a positive company image to the outside world.

Our architects work closely with the rest of the development staff and are accomplished developers themselves.
