ORACLE APPS DEVELOPER

Position Description:

The IT Department is seeking an Oracle Apps Developer to:
Write and maintain packages, procedures, triggers, forms, and reports using PL/SQL against an Oracle Applications implementation;
Write and maintain technical specifications in the documentation library;
Perform technical testing;
Resolve issues in the production environment.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have real hands-on experience in designing/building/implementing the following:
-Stored procedures, functions, packages, and database triggers using SQL, PL/SQL;
-Forms and reports using Forms 6i/9i and Reports 6i/9i;
-Extensive experience with Order Management/Shipping/Inventory using Oracle Applications 11.5.10 and API coding extremely desirable;
-Extensive experience with open interfaces for items, bills, purchase orders, and receiving extremely desirable;
-Experience writing and optimizing code for use in a very high volume environment is essential;
-Good functional knowledge in the OM/INV/PO/BOM and Financial modules;
-Experience with Consigned Inventory feature of Oracle Application extremely desirable. Must have:
-6+ years of experience in Oracle Applications (11i preferred);
-3+ years of experience in PL/SQL development;
-Good communication skills.
