Megan McMillan          President

Megan McMillan has spent over 10 years building quality and innovative solutions to human resource challenges. She has a talent for evaluating and understanding client’s strategic hiring requirements, analyzing markets, industries and people, and delivering the client solutions that parallel their needs. Megan has worked with clients ranging from start up to fortune and global 500 companies. She has experience consulting on and implementing enterprise managed service programs, vendor neutral programs, HR outsourcing, staffing, recruiting and technology solutions. Her experience includes recruiting, account management, program management and branch management for some of the largest and most reputable staffing firms in the world.

Michael G. Dash Vice President

Michael Dash has devoted his career to providing the best client service practices in the industry.  Having graduated from the prestigious University of Maryland’s Business Department and with over 15 years of staffing experience, Michael knows what it takes to deliver the results clients expect.   Michael’s career started in New York City where he provided staffing solutions for some of the major Fortune 100 companies in the country.  Michael’s philosophy of delivering personalized service, strategic fulfillment and going above and beyond the call of duty in order to exceed client’s expectations, has allowed him to be a leader in the industry.
